how to order
Shopping online is never the easiest activity to do especially for first-timers. Therefore we take upon ourselves to ensure that the checkout process is as simple, secure, and user-friendly as possible. If you need any help placing an order, follow the guide below.
- On every page on our website is located the search box(in the menu area at the top of the page). You can easily input the keyword of whatever product you wish to purchase and it will appear immediately. Otherwise, you could navigate to our shop page and browse through each category and make a choice.
- Some products have their prices allocated to specific amounts or weights. You should select what quantity you desire and click on the add to cart button. Do so for every product that you desire until you feel you are satisfied.
- Now you have all your desired products. Proceed to checkout by clicking on the checkout button found on that page or you can find the button in the menu area. (You may have to navigate here by clicking on the cart button first)
- In the checkout page, all you need to do is enter your billing address and select your payment method. Once you have properly filled in all the required fields, find methods of payment section, and select what payment method best suits you.
- You then finalize this by clicking on “Place order”. Your order will be processed immediately and a tracking number assigned to it. This will be provided to you to enable you monitor your parcel as it arrives.
NOTE: Some payment methods are offline payment methods and will require you to contact us directly in order to complete the payment. In any case, our support team will always get back to you immediately your order has been placed so you have no worries.
